Please admite: If you already read the book, you think that films are horrible, but it isn't so if you look on it from my point of view. First I saw film before I read the book(I decided to read the book because I liked this film). So after i reading i understood that they have enormous mistakes!!! But also I've understood that film live it's own life...
It is really amazing film, with touching and strong music. You gonna love it from the first scene, first words of four hundred years old vampire. It is screen version of famous book vampire Lestat and Queen of the damned. Ann Rice who wrote this fantastic book have written a serie of books about vampires. The most famous is Interview with vampire and queen of the damned because of the screen versions, but all of them are ARE WORTHY YOUR ATTENTION. Actors in the second screen version are really cool, Stuart Townsend and Aaliyah have made a good duet. Stuart played vampire lestat who slept over a hundred years waiting for something to come and aaliyah as akasha queen of the damned who slept for thousands of years planning how to change this world. Movie by it self is the best film of this century, but as screen shoot is not good enough. They have changed everything and spoiled book as they only could, but also have interested people.
